Stout – a dark top-fermented beer, originating in London, England as a ‘bolder’/’stronger’ porter, the original adjective stout meant “proud” or “brave.”

While most commonly found as a darker beer, with a number of different variations, it is also possible to find a Stout Pale Ale. Some distinct popular stouts include: Dry Stout, Imperial Stout, Baltic Porter and Milk Stout
