Martin House Brewing brewed an impossible, perfect imperial/double stout that really resonated with the name, The Last Girl Scout, a classic take on the Girl Scout Cookies we all know and love. This boozy stout is just like taking a bite out of a mint chip, Girl Scout cookie.
I get nervous trying bourbon, barrel-aged stouts, for the boozy, strong taste mainly – however the The Last Girl Scout was not the case. This beer got me so excited with the extreme amount of mint, and level of sweetness packed in just a few sips.
This is my favorite stout ever, and all time beers in general! It’s so smooth and delicious, also for a crazy 12% ABV, it’s a must buy.
Shout out to Tavour!
