Good Morning

Mornings like this gave me good grace,
greeted with warmness of the sunrays.
The air was very still;
I walked free, like I’m in the city again.
Not having to be bundled with clothes,
but with the comfort of the sunshine.
What a wonderful day,
what a wonderful place.
I grew a smile on my face,
washing away the weight of yesterday.
